Brownies
Okay guys, I have to be honest with you. I haven’t been in the mood to cook or bake new things lately. So, the last time I cooked those brownies was maybe 6 months ago… but I’ve decided that beginning next week, I’m going to get back on track and start cooking new stuff.
Anyway those brownies are absolutely amazing. They are very fudgy and are always a hit when I bake them.

Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 175 gr Butter
- 115 gr Chocolate
- 250 gr Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the butter and 57 grams of chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in increments of 30 seconds, stirring after each, until absolutely smooth. Whisk in the sugar until thoroughly blended, then add the eggs and vanilla extract. The batter will be light brown and somewhat lackluster in appearance.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, remaining of chopped chocolate. Fold it all together with a rubber spatula. Batter will be very thick. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
