A slightly different article

This week, we have a somewhat different article and, as promised, a cookie recipe at the end.

Different in that I’ve opted to start my own podcast. I’ve just discovered that I enjoy listening to podcasts. Every morning after breakfast, I listen to a podcast. They are intriguing to me since they taught me new ideas about topics I would never have considered. I also like to listen to them when I go for a stroll or when I’m not feeling well.

And, because I enjoy new challenges, I’ve chosen to start my own. I titled my podcast “Light-hearted”, and the artwork at the top of the page is the one I created. It’s still only temporary, and it might change tomorrow if I come up with a better concept.

The concept for this podcast, which should be monthly because I’m not sure I’ll have the time to do it bimonthly with my courses, website, and student job… yeah, I know… I have a really hectic life these days. So, the idea behind this podcast is to choose a topic that is a daily problem for people or a hot topic that everyone is talking about. I don’t want to be limited, and I want to express myself creatively. As a result, I’ll just go with the flow. I’ll have guests from time to time, but for the most part, I’ll be on my own. So you realize that this podcast will be about daily life and how to deal with problems. It will be on average between 30 minutes and one hour and available on all platforms (Apple music, Spotify…)

I hope you’ll all be there when the first podcast is released, which should be very shortly.

So now, let’s get to the recipe part.

This recipe is simply the best.

The cookies are crispy but also chewy. They contain a lot of sugar. You can cut it down if you like, but I wanted to recreate the “real” American cookies. This recipe is a favorite of one of my best friends and is usually well received by guests.

So, what are you waiting for to give it a shot?

You’ll also have a podcast to listen to while eating those *wink wink*
