Pumpkin bread
When October arrives, I feel compelled to prepare every pumpkin and cake recipe I can find. Banana bread, carrot cake, and this incredible pumpkin bread are among my faves.
This is my favorite pumpkin bread recipe because each piece is so moist. This pumpkin bread is flavored with pumpkin and pumpkin spice. But the greatest thing is… Every mouthful is strewn with chocolate chunks. I’m telling you, this is some great material!
I baked it for Halloween night and it was a hit with all of my friends.
Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 1 + 3/4 cup Floor
- 50 gr Sugar
- 75 gr Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2/4 tsp Four spices
- 2 Eggs
- 340 gr Pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 2/3 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a loaf pan. Place aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, 4 spices, and salt.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Incorporate the pumpkin, oil, and orange juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine gently with a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared. Bake for 60-65 minutes, covering loosely with aluminum foil halfway through to prevent the top from browning too much.
